In a four shoe deck, what are the odds of getting dealt Blackjack 8 times in a row?

I know that Bet365 and Golden Palace have live blackjack dealers but they are not available. I’d like this because it shows the dealers actually passing out cards and using the 6-deck shoe to shuffle. Please let me know!
