If you do everything i wrote in that article, and only play when the count is high ***enough*** for you to have a player advantage as i described, you will expect to win money, there re other ways to play, and other ways to bet, but that way it the most efficient, in terms of the dollar amount you expect to win, it is however less efficient in risk aversion, and variance vs. time, which are concepts im not going to explain

Although card counting is not illegal, card counters are considered cheaters by casinos and usually get barred forever. The easiest way to start learning is by going to a casino and play a low limit, table game. Remember, the object is to beat the dealer or get a 21. A face card and ace, or a 10 and an ace are considered a natural, blackjack and USUALLY an automatic win. For more info, check out the website below.

Go to a casino, some have low stakes tables where you can play for quarters.
If you’re under 21 you should hit (haha pun intended). But seriously, play with your friends or deal the cards yourself if you are underage.
